Spinal Tap

We were done Friday with the spinal tap before noon and then we went home.  They were able to do it from his neck and not his back, which he was really worried about because of his scars from his back surgery.  He had a headache the rest of the day and into the night, but I think he did better than I thought he would. He did have some of the confusion we have seen previously but, we are starting to get used to that and just work through it.  The doctor is out of the office until next week so we won’t get results until then (the 19th). His spinal fluid levels were high but not too high so we will just wait to see what the results are. Saturday he seemed even better but didn’t do too much all day.  If he feels better at all he tries to overdo and then he pays for it later. We had a sweet secret santa give us some money also, which will be so very helpful. I wish I could thank them personally, but when we come back from this we will be paying it forward.
