These were little birds nests on the power lines.
This is a school right downtown. Our tour guide told us they had to be pretty wealthy and smart to go to this school. It is pretty crazy how they decide which school the kids get to go to.
This guy saw us taking his picture and motioned to us that he would shoot us if we didn't stop. Yes, it was just a little frightening.
