Conference
Conference was so amazing, the choir even wore purple which I thought was a sign for sure. Lol. President Monson spoke which was so emotional and so was the rest hymn. The spirit was so strong and I was thankful to be able to share this experience with my family.
Dinner
We were so hungry by the time we actually got seated. It took forever but thank goodness we finally got to eat.
Road trip to Conference
Neither Ray or I had ever been to a live session of conference. He was able to get us 5 tickets to the Sunday meeting session. So we borrowed moms car and headed to Utah. We left in time the Saturday before to get there in time for the men to go the priesthood session at Shelby's church. Then we all meet up later and went to dinner. Shelby, Catie, Austin and Kelsie were very accommodating and let us stay with them.
That face
We went to mom's again this year to watch the Women's Conference Session. I guess these are the only picture I took. But why not how cute is she? She is so happy and so much fun to have around.
I found mine too
Grandma took us to lunch after the dress purchase. Then on our way home we stopped at a cute little shop in Rexburg called Charlotte Mynt and I found my dress too. I especially like the socks the make the outfit pop. I don't think I will wear them to the wedding though.
We found the dress
Hopefully Cade doesn't read my blog so he doesn't see this. But we found it, we love it and she looks amazing in it. Yes I cried. I will of course post better pictures after the wedding but we were super happy about this and can't wait for her to get married.

Quick trip to Utah
Let the DRESS hunting begin
Our first trip to the dress store. None of these dresses were the ones she picked. We weren't planning on dress shopping this day so we all looked a little scary. But it was fun to start the search.

Digger Homecoming Parade
Featuring Kinlee on hwr sophomore class float, Allisa the cutest lunch lady in the world, her chauffeur Brandon and cute boys with blue faces.
Kinlee's Patriarchal blessing
We took these right before we left to get Kinlee's blessing. I can't believe my littles are growing up and aren't that little anymore. I am thankful for her and her presence in it home and for her decision to do this special thing.

Save the Date
Jerika wanted some pictures of them with their cute save the date signs that Nakia made for them. Aren't they precious. Ray went with us and we all had a fun time. They were a little awkward but I am sure it was because both her parents were there. We love Cade I don't know if have mentioned that before but they are so cute and he treats her so good.
I love my family
I really need to blog these things when I take the pictures. I don't remember why we were all together but I love it when everyone is together. This time Cade's sister was there too. And notice no pictures of my dad. He got a little angry the other day because he thought I had posted pictures of him on Facebook.
Fair & Concert
My co-worker had some extra tickets to a concert at the fair so we loaded up and went to Blackfoot. I don't even really know who the musical acts were at the fair but they were country and they were good. It was fun and we got Fair food so that was a total plus. We sent pictures to Travis and he was jealous so he kept imposing other things into our picture. Channing Tatum was my favorite. Also yum.
Grandpa
This little girl LOVES her grandpa. She calls him Papa and it is so cute. It is crazy how fast they grow.

I couldn't agree more
I saw this on facebook today and couldn't agree more. But i am scared of the backlash if i post it on facebook so here it is:
Leftists today are searching for answers to explain their defeat. They arrived at a conclusion pretty quickly, it seems. Clinton lost because Americans are sexist, racist, bigoted, awful, stupid, and hateful. They nominated the worst candidate in the history of the United States and have decided that she lost because WE'RE defective.
So, rather than simply gloating over their defeat, I'd like to help them make better sense of all of this. I know you probably won't listen, leftists, but in my piece I explain the three fundamental reasons why the next president will be named Donald Trump. None of the reasons have anything to do with any -ism.
I'll elaborate in the article, but here's a snapshot:
1) Hillary Clinton is a corrupt, deceitful, detestable crook. It turns out that a lot of Americans were not enthused about the idea of putting a crime family back in the White House. It turns out that, actually, most Americans aren't willing to elect someone while she's under two active FBI investigations. Who knew? Well, we knew, but you wouldn't listen.
2) This is very important: white working class Americans are tired of being lectured and insulted and condescended to and accused of bigotry. "All straight white men are racist and sexist" is, actually, not the best rallying cry. Especially because you need some of those straight white men to turn out for you, but why should they? You don't like them. You don't respect them. And it seems the feeling is mutual.
3) Your policies are failures. Exhibit A: Obamacare.
These are the three reasons why you lost. Not bigotry. Not prejudice. It just comes down to these, and for your own good, you need to face that fact.
