February 13 Decluttering the basement

It was about time I decluttered some things.  I did, however, keep this folder.  It was from when I was in Junior miss in high school.  Or maybe when I helped with Jr. Miss one year.

And she was decluttering her room too.  Downsizing our house was hard and it still is I guess.

I can't remember if this was the actual garbage or if it was clothes of Kinlees that we took to the DI.  That is why I shouldn't wait so long to blog about stuff.

Best Mom Ever helped in January

When I went back to work my mom came and took care.of Kinlee and made dinner several nights. It was so nice. She's the best. Hopefully I can be like her some day. She even had COVID when I did but she was still so willing to help with Anything.

January Post COVID

So I went to the doctor and then that afternoon the Health Department called  I have them the details of my COVID adventure and they wrote me a letter to go back to work. I didn't hate working from home. I just hated working on a laptop that was hard. And let's be honest I was so exhausted that most days I worked from my bed.

Kinlee Surgery Update

2020 Travel

2020 travel for me was good. Which seems pretty crazy since it was a Pandemic. Luckily we made it in our cruise. Then I was able to go to St.George twice. Once on a girls trip and once as couples. I think it helped keep me sane quite frankly.

Back to Reality

I had to get ready to go back to work at the University. I was so tired when I got home  Covid exhaustion is a real thing and so is COVID brain.

Kari

I'm not sure if I've introduced Kari on our blog yet. She works for Ray at the nursing home and she has become Kinlee's best friend. We have kind of adopted her. For reasons such as this she's painting Kinlee's toenails because she can't do it herself. She's been taking really good care of her this week after her surgery. Everyone needs a friend like her.

November 28

This dad is amazing. We literally had to lay on her sometimes to keep her in the bed. But once again, they say its a good sign. Nakia and Br...
