June and the beginning of July

Uncle Bob died so Blake, mom, Nakia and I went to Boise on a day trip to go to the funeral.  It was a nice day and a really goot funeral.  It was great to see family, especially Aunt Verla.  We hadn't seen her since dad died.

We got to see Tanya too.  We spent so much time with her and her sibling when we were kids.  It really is sad we don't all see each other very often at all, just at funerals lately.

Father's Day.  I love my family, but it really is still hard without my dad around.  I miss him so bad.

Did I mention I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job.  I know my dad had something to do with it.

Girls trip to Utah.  Jerika wanted to take Lyvi to the zoo.  We had so much fun.

Build a Bear

We went with cousins so that made it even more fun.

Shelby was in Idaho for the weekend, but we got to spend the day with the others.

More work.  I never imagined that I could be happy to go to work every day, but here I am.

Happy Birthday Blake.  He's such a joy to have in our family.  We love him

Keegan weekend.  Jana got full custody of her so we will have her more off and on.

We went swimming at the Rexburg pool.  Lyvi wasn't so sure about the water, but we all had fun anyway.

Someone older than me from our ward growing up posted these pictures on facebook.  This had to be my first year at girls camp.  These are my friends on the amazing slide they had at camp until they took it down the next year.  Too many people were getting hurt but boy was it fun.  We all look so young.

July 4th at Brooke & John's new property.  It was literally the only thing we did that day and we didn't stay long.  I got my feelings hurt and I didn't feel good either.  Long story.

Old school ipod.  And my yearly mamogram.  This year was a hard one 55 is the year... but all was good.

The 1st picture is my office decor,  That kid is the best, we just love her.

I took dad's signature from the envelope and had it engraved on a necklace,

Luke's farewell.  Lyvi loved that papa spent most of the time with her on the swings.

My favorite humans

Erika has been in the hospital for 9 months.  She has not been home until today.  It was so good to see her.  Cancer is no joke and it literally almost killed her.

Another event down.  This is one of my big ones and I did it.  I might mention again that I love my job.

So many things...enjoy

These might be out of order, but I'm really trying to play catch up like usual.  I might even journal everything some day.  You know most of the players in these pictures.  They range of few months I think.  One of the most important things is that I love my job and the people I work with.  We love having Keegan back in our lives and try to spend as much time with her as we can.  Her dad and Lexie moved back to Boise so we don't see them much.  These pictures are up to the middle of June.  Stayed tune for more.
